Early registration for the workshop is $200, which covers pre-conference proceedings, 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, refreshments and the luau. Participation in the agricultural tour is optional and is not included in the registration fee.

Early Registration: Postmarked on/before July 18, 2003: $200
Late Registration: Postmarked after July 18, 2003: $250
Registration Cancellation Deadline: August 4, 2003

Guests

Guests are welcome at both the agricultural tour and the luau for an additional fee.

Exhibitors

The fee for exhibitors is $300 and covers the cost of registration for one person and exhibit space. The cost for each additional representative who will attend the conference is $200. Exhibit space is limited and registration will be accepted on a first-come first-serve basis.

Deadline

Deadline for advance registrations is July 18, 2003. Form of payment must accompany the registration. Credit card numbers submitted with registration will be processed upon receipt. Registrations will not be processed without payment.

Government and company purchase orders with authorized signature will be accepted and must accompany the registration form. Participants registering by purchase order will be billed for nonattendance unless notification of withdrawal is made by August 4, 2003.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued, less a $25 handling fee, if requested through the UH Conference Center by August 4, 2003, in writing. No refunds will be made thereafter. Refunds will be mailed. Please allow approximately three to five weeks for processing.

If you would like assistance due to a mobility, hearing or sight impairment, you are warmly encouraged to contact the Conference Center at 808. 956-8204 by July 8, 2003.

Parking

Validated parking is available in the hotel garage for $3.00 per day.
